What we collect

You can browse brewery, event, and beer listings without creating an account. If you join the Weekend Pour email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is used only for the private DFW Breweries administrative dashboard. During sign-in, Google provides the account's basic profile information: name, email address, and email-verification status. DFW Breweries uses that information only to confirm that the account is the authorized administrator.

We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google account content. Basic Google profile information is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for marketing.

How information is used

Newsletter information is used to deliver requested DFW Breweries updates and maintain subscription status. Contact information is used to respond to messages and handle corrections or brewery submissions. Administrative sign-in information is used to secure the private dashboard.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores site records. Resend processes newsletter subscriptions and delivers email. Google provides administrator authentication. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services.

Cookies and security

The public guide does not require an account. The administrator sign-in flow uses short-lived, secure cookies to prevent forged login attempts and a secure session cookie after successful authentication. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information handled by the site.

Your choices

Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe using the link in an email. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, email ralph@dfwbreweries.com.
